Keen and hard working dogs,the American cocker spaniels make a perfect house dog.

They are cheerfull and obedient dogs.They are very respectful to their masters.Their ever wagging tail indicates their playfullness.They should be socialized well.They can be difficult to housebreak,but they are easy to train.They need daily mental and physical exercise.they need plenty of grooming.They need to be wept under their eyes often as they tend to tear.
